Super Duper is hiring a Director of Operations-

A Super-Duper Director of Operations is responsible to achieve operational excellence and holds the ultimate responsibility for your restaurants to succeed. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a multi-unit position with at least 10 locations.

-Manages and leads with passion, drive, & awareness

-Ensures highest level of food and service quality

-Manages new restaurant openings

-Responsible for the financial results of your restaurants

-Oversees and implements training and development for your management teams

-Understands and ensures all systems are followed
