Executive Assistant to the C-Suite

New York, NY (On-Site)

Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader at a well-known, fast-moving firm. This role is for someone who’s sharp, reliable, and knows how to support a C-level exec without needing to be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted with sensitive info, complicated schedules, and high-level coordination while expected to keep things moving without missing a beat.

What You’ll Handle:

• Full calendar management with shifting priorities
• Heavy travel (domestic & international), including last-minute changes
• Prepping materials for meetings and managing follow-ups
• Acting as a gatekeeper and main point of contact across teams and partners
• Ad hoc support for projects, events, and daily needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years supporting a senior exec or C-suite with a busy schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent judgment, follow-through, and ability to anticipate needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/travel platforms
