What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of experience in developing and supporting large-scale backend systems in production
- 3+ years of experience leading large projects with a team of 5 or more engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer-facing products
- Experience in monetization platforms, fintech, or the gaming industry
