I’ve partnered with a leading steel fabricator based in Atlanta, GA, who are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and scale their financial operations. This role is critical to driving strategic growth, maintaining fiscal health and building out financial infrastructure in line with their ambitious expansion goals. You'll work closely with the executive team to align finance with operations and play a central role in decision making at the highest level.

Job Overview:

• Lead all financial functions including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning
• Develop and maintain scalable financial systems and controls
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Manage banking relationships, risk assessments, and investment strategies
• Oversee accounting and finance staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• Implement systems for financial transparency and accountability

What You Need:

• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Experience working directly in a steel fabricator (essential)
• CPA or MBA highly preferred
