We are seeking a seasoned customer-facing consultant with established leadership skills to direct a diverse team of advisory and delivery talent. The role involves onsite, hands-on client engagement management, overseeing the day-to-day operations of client projects. You will guide efforts, direct talents, and expand knowledge and skills to deliver strategic solutions, acting as the on-the-ground leader, analyzing proposals, providing solutions, and making decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
The role primarily focuses on successful delivery but also involves exploring additional client needs and collaborating with the team to develop proposals. Maintaining close contact with clients throughout projects is essential.
Responsibilities
- Client Delivery:
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops
- Manage customer expectations effectively
- Lead technical project teams in delivering consulting services
- Manage objectives, requirements, milestones, project status, dependencies, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Break down problems, identify influencing factors, and determine approaches
- Finalize and approve project deliverables
- Present deliverables to client executive management
- Business Development:
- Support client discovery meetings to qualify opportunities and develop proposals
- Represent services during sales cycles, including scoping and proposal presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and present technical solutions to C-Level executives
- Practice Development & Thought Leadership:
- Enhance AHEAD Advisory services offerings
- Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist
- Maintain knowledge of current and future IT trends, technologies, and standards
- Mentor team members
- Senior-level consulting experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading transformative modernization initiatives in IT (e.g., cloud, automation, platform engineering, agile)
- Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks (e.g., OKRs)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC principles
- At least five years of executive technology consulting experience
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven business acumen
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Experience as a technology change agent
- MBA is a plus

The compensation range reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary and target bonus, varying based on experience, qualifications, and location.
