Responsibilities
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to

• Handle a diverse range of products liability cases, managing all aspects from inception through to conclusion.
• Research and interpret complex legal issues related to products liability and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 5-7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on products liability.
• Proven experience in managing complex products liability cases from inception through to conclusion.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
