Lead Strategy & Build the Engine

  • Architect and own our global marketing strategy—from vision to execution.
  • Develop a scalable plan that supports rapid business growth across regions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company-wide strategy, positioning, and growth.

Define & Amplify Our Brand

  • Elevate and expand AG Mednet’s brand presence across digital channels, events, and media.
  • Craft a clear and consistent global voice and set of personas that resonates with life sciences, pharma, medical device and CRO audiences.
  • Working closely with our Head of Clinical Strategy, drive thought leadership, content strategy, and PR to support our position as an industry leader.

Drive Growth & Demand

  • Lead end-to-end demand generation initiatives—from digital campaigns to industry events—that feed pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product to define go-to-market plans, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
  • Use data to measure what works, iterate quickly, and scale effectively.

Strengthen Product & Client/Partner Marketing

  • Build and own product marketing strategies for current and future offerings.
  • Develop powerful messaging and content that supports client acquisition, retention, and “starburst.”
  • Gather and apply client & partner insights to continually refine positioning and marketing strategy.

Build Smart, Scalable Infrastructure

  • Lead marketing operations, analytics, and MarTech stack development to ensure world-class execution.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards that track impact and inform decision-making at every level.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B life sciences / clinical trials marketing experience
  • A track record of success building and leading marketing in fast-paced or high-growth companies.
  • Experience with global marketing, including EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, and team development.
  • Proficiency in modern marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
