Major Duties:
- Establish and foster relationships within the ETF secondary market ecosystem, including market makers, authorized participants, and listing venues.
- Solicit firms to market in FlexShares ETFs.
- Monitor market-making activities to ensure liquidity in FlexShares ETFs.
- Collaborate with ETF Product Management to secure seed capital and manage relationships with authorized participants and listing venues.
- Develop trade analytics to support sales, product strategy, and marketing efforts.
- Contribute to educational initiatives and thought leadership within the ETF group.
General Management Responsibilities:
- Develop best practices for capital markets services and thought leadership.
- Implement process enhancements across administrative, operational, and technological areas.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Develop risk-management practices and team leadership.
- Support key business initiatives.
Knowledge:
- Exceptional organizational skills and independent work capability.
- Strong communication skills, including with international stakeholders.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills for relation-building within the organization.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s in Business Administration and/or CFA preferred.
- Minimum ten years of post-graduate experience in investment or capital markets, with ETF leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in empirical research and understanding trading systems a plus.
- Investor-centric and entrepreneurial experience valued.
Salary Range: $191,900 - $335,700 USD
