Job Description: Epiq is a worldwide provider of legal services and technology, serving law firms, corporations, financial institutions and government agencies—helping them manage the complex data and logistics of eDiscovery. Success depends on managing details, especially under tight deadlines and unfamiliar challenges. Choosing the right partner and employees is critical.

We are seeking an innovative, strategic Account Director to support their assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply your knowledge, experience and influence to bolster sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, Consulting, Managed Review, and other Professional Services.
  • Be a trusted advisor for clients and identify new upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Management to align strategies, contacts, and account ownership to meet revenue and personal goals.
  • Perform hunting activities to identify potential clients' needs.
  • Schedule and attend sales calls, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Manage existing client contacts and develop new ones.
  • Aim for high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Coordinate billing and project activities with internal teams.
  • Meet daily sales goals for your territory.
  • Support sales reporting, junior team members, and new service rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in selling within the litigation support/eDiscovery market, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to showcase continual achievements in sales and client satisfaction.
  • Well-connected influencer within the eDiscovery market.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of presenting complex technical details confidently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The annual salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 USD, plus sales commissions. The final salary depends on location, abilities, performance, and team parity. Additional package details will be provided during the screening process.
