We’re hiring the founding member of marketing team! This is a content-led role (LinkedIn, blogs, webinars, email), with flexibility to lead broader GTM initiatives across SEO, paid media, product marketing, partnerships, and events. You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with sales, product, and design to craft a narrative that resonates with modern data leaders.

This is a hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA . Expectation: minimum 3 days/week in office .

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Content & Brand Voice

Define and own WisdomAI’s voice across LinkedIn, blog, email, and brand channels
Create and publish high-quality thought leadership, customer stories, and product explainers
Run webinars, newsletters, and campaigns targeted at data and analytics executives
Build the editorial calendar and content production workflows from scratch

2. Launch & Scale GTM Motion

Plan and optimize early SEO, paid media, and retargeting strategies
Develop product marketing materials and sales enablement assets
Plan and execute strategic events (virtual + in-person) to drive awareness and pipeline
Track performance, iterate quickly, and double down on what works

About You

3–5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in early-stage environments
Exceptional writer with a confident voice—especially for technical/data audiences
Strong grasp of the data and analytics persona (CDAO, Head of BI, DataOps)
Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership
Proficient with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools

Bonus: Experience in the modern data stack ecosystem, growing a LinkedIn audience, or launching technical content programs from zero
