Job Description
General practice firm is expanding and seeking a Trial Attorney for their busy North San Diego County office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Civil Litigation experience (Plaintiffs' and/or Defense) with prior trial experience.

You will have a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters ranging from employment, business/contract disputes, product defect to personal injury.
Qualifications:
- JD
- Trial experience
- Licensed to practice in California
- 4+ years
Responsibilities:
- Trial preparation and attendance
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- Take depositions
- Make court appearances
