Are you passionate about shaping portfolio solution narratives, driving go-to-market success, and making a direct impact on the future of industry? PTC is looking for a Director, Industry Marketing to be a strategic partner for our product portfolio and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

As an Industry Marketing Director for Electronics & High Tech at PTC, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and executing market strategies that clearly communicate the value of our integrated solutions portfolio. Working closely with Product Marketing, Industry Advisors, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will translate complex technology capabilities into compelling, industry-specific value propositions that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Industry Messaging & Positioning: Develop and articulate clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for the Electronics & High-Tech industry with solutions that address customer challenges and align with key industry trends.
- Industry Alignment: Ensure solution narratives and GTM approaches reflect the specific needs, priorities, and trends of the Electronics & High-Tech industry.
- Campaign Strategy Development: Craft integrated GTM strategies and campaign themes designed to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure solution alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Sales Support : Support PTC’s value-based selling approach, helping sales teams articulate PTC’s differentiation and business impact.
- Sales Enablement: Design and deliver solution-centric sales collateral, tools, and training materials to equip the sales organization with actionable insights and resources.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to build trust and credibility by leading with expertise, and form a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points to inform solution development and marketing strategy.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Industry Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or other GTM functions in B2B technology or enterprise software industries.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical portfolio capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize market and customer insights into actionable GTM plans.
- Proven success in developing industry-specific messaging and positioning, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Communications.
