Job Description
The Office Manager for Facility and Auxiliary Services will oversee daily operations of the office ensuring efficiency and a productive work environment. The responsibilities include but are not limited to handling correspondence and providing general administrative support to IT Network, Auxiliary and Facility services. This is a 12-month staff position reporting to the District Director of Auxiliary and Facility Services and Director of IT Network Systems.

QUALFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate Degree
- Previous office management experience
The individual in this role will support the operations of the Auxiliary and Facility Services and IT Network departments by performing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting credit card expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creating purchase order requisition as needed to support departmental operations for Auxiliary and Facility Services and the Network Systems Department.
- Processing and submitting Ranger Bucks reimbursements.
- Submitting invoices for leases and other departmental expenses for payment.
- Requesting and obtaining quotes for approved purchases to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Verifying receipt of goods and services and completing necessary documentation for payment of outstanding invoices.
- Assisting with coordination of event requests, facility usage, and summer camp arrangements.
- Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events and facility usage.
- Submitting maintenance and service work orders as needed.
- Performing business related functions for the Director of Network Systems.
- Overseeing the receiving and disbursements of technology orders for the IT Network department
- Collaborating with inventory control to ensure all equipment is properly tagged.
- Serves as back-up personnel for Auxiliary Services.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the District Director of Auxiliary and Facility Services and Director of IT Network Systems.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email and calendar management
- Experience in Oracle (college operations software) preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team

- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
