We're looking for a skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a 100% ortho caseload with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population, from athletes to active adults and post-surgical patients. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new grad, you'll have the support, mentorship, and resources to do your best work.

Responsibilities
What You'll Bring to the Fitness Matters Team
  • Strong background or interest in orthopedic physical therapy .
  • Ability to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of ortho conditions.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
  • Desire to be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
  • True collaborator who contributes to a positive, team-first clinic culture and supports colleagues in delivering the best patient outcomes.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.

Pay Range
USD $72,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
