Insight Global is seeking a strong Claims Processor who is a team player and ready to learn. This role is crucial in ensuring that both healthcare providers and patients experience a smooth and efficient billing process. Responsibilities include:
Processing all claims and using Zendesk to assign claim files (could be up to 500 claims a day)
Enter patient and claim information into TPA
Working on adjustments/files and questions from TPAs
Reporting for client engagement team
Working closely with IT department
Emailing internally or to providers and patients to request additional information, clarifying details, resolving discrepancies, and providing updates.

Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk)
Formally worked within the healthcare industry (e. g. Aurora Healthcare or UW System)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great interpersonal and critical thinking skills
2-3 years of claims experience
Experience working in medical claims
Experience with TPAs
Know how to manually process a claim
Process 200-300 claims/day
