Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work within assigned team under guidance of the lead engineers
  • Conduct Antenna Performance testing within the Santa Clara Laboratory for Handsets and IoT Devices
  • Support including data entry, of results, and test plans under guidance of Engineers and senior team
  • Maintain & update METrak (OR OTHER) database which may include:
    • Adding customer companies/contacts information to database.
    • Ensure that all information input is accurate, and all relevant fields are completed.
    • Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a project, including correspondence/communication between EF personnel and customers or Project Coordinator and customer.
  • Support email communication with customers to support project results on behalf of the Project Coordination team.
  • Interdepartmental support for company-sponsored events or administrative tasks.
  • Support of Quality system and Round Robin testing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Primary work shift times will be between 6PM to 6AM, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or High school diploma plus 1 year of experience in an electrical/electrical laboratory.
  • Effective interaction with customer engineers, sales, and project team members.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well and communicate effectively across all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio) and Internet Explorer.

Additional Information

Duration:

  • 3 months

Compensation:

  • $30.00/hour to $33.00/hour (dependent on experience)

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Wednesday-Sunday
