Position: Full Time, Live Out, Office Manager
Location: Connecticut, Manhattan, New York
A Midtown asset management firm needs to hire a detail-oriented Office Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Handling basic administrative tasks such as phone inquiries, email correspondence, and filing.
- Basic HR duties.
- Tracking office inventory and expenses.
- Liaising with vendors.
- Overseeing equipment and supply orders and maintenance.
- Grocery shopping and food orders.
- Managing ingoing/outgoing mail.
- Coordinating schedules and managing executives calendar.
- Any special tasks that may arise.
Applicants should have previous experience working in an office environment and operate at a high level of proficiency. They should be tech-savvy and familiar with top operating systems, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, a team player, and a great multi-tasker with keen attention to detail. While the role is midtown based, all candidates must work in Greenwich, CT, at least part-time during the summers. Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
