King Risk is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Meriden, Connecticut .

Requirements

• Manage a book of insurance business.
• Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs regarding coverage and costs.
• Collect and analyze client information.
• Interact professionally and timely with clients regularly.
• Assist producers with new and existing clients as needed.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Provide marketing expertise and networking opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Required

• Active property and casualty license.
• 25 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.
• Experience in cross-selling and upselling.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Insurance sales experience.
