Broker/Owner of BKaye Realty and Insurance Company

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused andexperienced individual to join our fun insurance AND real estate team as a full time, in office insurance personal lines account manager. We are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver a world-class experience to our customers while ensuring they have the coverage they need for what matters to them.

In this role you will be:

- Managing customer accounts

- Developing new relationships through our current book of business

- Cross-selling additional policies to our current customers

- Manage the sales process from quoting to closing

- Working with our current carriers to find the best coverages and discounts for our clients.

Personal Lines experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. MA P&C license preferred but not required.
