Shuttle Driver - Full-Time Starting Pay: $13.50/hour + Tips (Tips are a significant portion of total compensation.)
We're looking for dependable, flexible, and customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our airline crew partnerships, which drive a large portion of our business. Because airline flight schedules can change frequently, shuttle drivers must remain adaptable to meet the varying demands of our guests-often more so than any other department due to this OPEN AVAILABILITY is a requirement of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport guests, including airline crew members, to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the hotel professionally at all times
  • Promote the Hilton Honors program and assist with enrolling new members
  • Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and ensure shuttle vehicles are spotless and guest-ready
  • Stock, organize, and maintain the Made Market (grab-and-go area) with fresh, well-presented items
  • Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and other departments
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage and respond promptly to guest requests
Shift Coverage May Include:
  • Early Morning: 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Day: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Early Afternoon: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Late Evening: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
  • Driving record that meets our current insurance carrier's guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful or high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
  • Conduct all work-related duties with a high level of integrity, maturity, and professionalism
