Company Description
Service Measure (SM) is a field data collection company founded in 2013 in New York.
We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
Project objective
The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest, and public areas in the USA. The project involves cars equipped with 360 cameras that image the surroundings and store data for map enhancement. The data collectors will follow specific routes, targeting commercial districts and historical sites, with some areas visited multiple times due to weather conditions. The project duration is estimated at 3 to 6 months.
The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area well, and is responsible and reliable.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, with possible weekend work due to weather downtime.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver License
- Good driving skills and clean record
- Enjoys driving within standard hours
- Available for at least 3 months
- Private monitored parking for the vehicle
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Tech-savvy (using Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet)
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Pass background check (criminal and driving record)
