Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + benefits

What Youll Do

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and management of health conditions
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
  

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Previous experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty areas is a plus
