Your Role as Our
As a our Office Manager you will support the daily operations of a by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. This position oversees administrative tasks, coordinates communication between departments, manages project documentation, and supports accounting, scheduling, and compliance processes. The Office Manager is a key liaison between field staff, clients, vendors, and management, ensuring that operational needs are met and projects remain on track.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supply ordering, document control, and office organization
- Support project managers and estimators with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records for job files, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees
- Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and internal communication
- At least 6 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dash Software, project management tools)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred
- Excellent English speaking, writing and reading skills
