Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate monthly billing reports for clients with corporate
•Purchase and ensure stock of regularly used items such as office supplies, furniture, postage, computers, printers, access cards, etc.
•Oversees general office maintenance - overall comfort, appearance and upkeep of office and washrooms
•Coordinate with property management and/or other outside contractors for repairs and maintenance of the Office
•Coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance of printers and copiers, coffee machines, etc.
•Project manage and consult on office moves and construction projects for various Jonas group companies
•Assist with corporate events
•Provide quotes to managers on various items as requested
•Coordinate offsite records for storage and retrieval activity with Iron Mountain
•Maintain/monitor office lease and contract information
•Regularly review pricing and/or services for all supplies/services
•Respond outside cold calls and inquiries from vendors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Advance knowledge of Excel
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is approachable
•Customer focused with outstanding customer service abilities
•Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to set priorities
•Ability to deal with ambiguity, delegate and negotiate with others, and maintain composure during difficult situations
•Has a clear understanding of the ethics and values practiced in a corporate environment
