- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- 2 - 5 cases per day
- General, OB, neuro, thoracic, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, spinal, epidural, regional
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
