Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining accurate records and updating client information as needed
• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Collaborate with insurance agents to prepare quotes and proposals for clients
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Actively promote and sell additional insurance products to existing clients
• Assist with claims processing and guide clients through the claims filing process
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Previous small- to mid-market experience required
• Previous experience with both standard personal lines and high net worth accounts preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
