Were looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and experienced Veterinary Office Manager to join our busy 4-doctor AAHA-accredited veterinary practice, which includes a bustling resort and spa! Customer service is the heart of our practice, and were dedicated to delivering outstanding care to pets and their families.
Seneca Hill Animal Hospital, Resort & Spa in Great Falls, VA is a pet care facility where veterinarians, technicians, resort hosts, doggie day care specialists, grooming stylists, and swim instructors are all committed to excellence in pet care and client service
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of veterinary professionals and client service representatives.
- Manage the practice's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a positive environment for both team members and clients.
- Act as a liaison between our team and clients, ensuring every pet parent feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain and enhance our AAHA standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, and resort staff to provide seamless and exceptional care for every pet in medical or resort settings.
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a veterinary or medical office (AAHA experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Be part of a supportive team in a practice that emphasizes quality care and customer service.
