NUMBER OF HOURS/WEEK: 5 hours per week with the opportunity to work extra hours upon approval
GENERAL WORK SCHEDULE: Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Position is available for mornings or afternoons.

We positively impact diverse populations while supporting the needs of businesses, industries, and individuals in North Dakota and beyond. The ideal candidate would be open to being mentored by our team of 14 employees, who are well-equipped to complement your education at BSC. Qualities we are looking for include:

- Greeting conference/event attendees
- Conference and event preparation
- Classroom set-up
- Scanning, filing, organizing, and other office-related duties as assigned
- Reconciling deposits

- Ability to travel between buildings and classrooms
- Computer software skills - Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience working in an office environment
