Position Summary
The Content Coordinator is responsible for developing engaging written content and supporting the pre-production of video projects that align with the vision and values of Real Life Christian Church. This hybrid role blends strong storytelling with strategic planning, ensuring our content is thoughtful, cohesive, and impactful across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting
- Write engaging, mission-aligned content for church-wide communications, including newsletters, emails, website, social media, print, and special campaigns.
- Craft compelling messages for events, ministries, and seasonal initiatives that reflect Real Lifes voice and values.
- Manage a consistent content calendar in collaboration with the Communications Team.
Storytelling & Testimonies
- Collect, organize, and maintain a database of Change Lives stories (testimonies) across Real Life campuses and ministries.
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to identify and develop stories for video, written, and live formats.
- Help shape narratives that inspire faith and show the impact of the Gospel in real peoples lives.
Video Pre-Production
- Partner with the Creative and Video Teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts for services, announcements, social media, and special events.
- Write scripts, talking points, outlines, and creative briefs for video projects.
- Support pre-production planning, including schedules, storyboards, and coordination with on-camera talent.
- Ensure all video content aligns with overarching communication goals and maintains theological clarity.
General
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and training sessions.
- Contribute to the overarching creative and communications strategy conversation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Alignment with the mission and values of Real Life Christian Church
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, ministry-driven environment
- Bachelors degree in videography, marketing (preferred, not required)
