Job Title: Delivery and Installation Specialist

Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Responsible for the delivery, setup, service, and retrieval of products to and from customers' homes.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely using straps and pads to avoid damage during transit.
Investigates delivery location to ensure safety and proper delivery.
Explains the rental agreement to customers when necessary.
Demonstrates product features and benefits before leaving the customer's home.
Retrieves products from customers who do not renew the rental agreement.
Repairs, cleans, and moves products from stockroom to sales floor.
Documents and processes customer payments in the field and store.
Operates company vehicles safely and courteously to protect company image.
Performs routine maintenance on delivery vehicles.
Maintains a safe, clean, and organized backroom.
Uses equipment to transport products safely.
Maintains knowledge of company plans, rental agreements, and benefit plans.
Ensures products are complete with all pieces, parts, accessories, and manuals during delivery and pickup.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
