A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote insurance follow-up specialist to work within their denials team. Daily duties of this specialist would be to work within their denial work queues, look for trends, recoupment work, work through claims, communicate with payors, follow up on denials, work with EOBs, and anything else the team is needing. This team is currently requiring this specialist to work a minimum of 5 hours over time per week once they are fully trained. This is a fully remote position but must sit in Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Georgia, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, Wyoming, or Michigan. This position is metrics based and claims will be audited at random. This specialist needs to be a hardworking, self-motivated, team player, charismatic.
