This is a Full Time, 12 hour varied shifts, ICU Float Pool opportunity within our La Jolla Hospitals (Memorial and Green), working varied shifts. Benefits eligible.
Dayshift: 0700 to 1930. Nightshift: 1900 to 0730. Shift is subject to vary after each 4-week scheduling period.
This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K.

We invite you to join our highly engaged team of Float Pool Registered Nurses within ICU responsible for providing direct patient care that includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
This role requires you to float to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines. Floating to PCU, DOU, Tele, Oncology, MS and other areas will be required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
•One (1) year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU
•California Registered Nurse License
•Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
•Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
•Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
•NIH Certification
•Six (6) months of RN Progressive Care experience and 2 years of ICU experience
