Salary range: $155,000 $187,000/year plus RVU bonus potential. Busy, high-quality rural practice, mentoring program, collaborative and supportive team-based care environment. Position is four 10-hour shifts per week. Must have a minimum of 5 years Cardiology experience and leadership skills to be considered.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Supervisor is an ARNP/PA-C with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical excellence and APP within their department. The APP supervisor plans, schedules, coordinates, and supervises a team of APPs. The APP supervisor collaborates with CH leadership in achieving organizational goals and performance outcomes of APPs in their department. Primary responsibilities include leading and managing staff, including APP department role optimization, performance evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and orientation. This position reports directly to the department practice manager/SLD. Collaborates with the department physician manager.

What Were Seeking in a Candidate

  • Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure or Active Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.
  • Current CH clinical position.
  • Active DEA license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an APP in respective department.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable state regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to be self-directed and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of department policies, procedures, and protocols
  • BLS/ACLS certification per department requirement.
  • APP will complete the following CH Leadership training:
  • Performance Review Training
  • Leadership Training
  • Desired: 5 years APP experience.
