HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking a trauma medical director and a surgical critical care surgeon for a new opportunity in Cypress, a suburb north of Houston.
About the Facility
HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is dedicated to serving the growing communities along the 290 corridor. The hospital is a 163-bed acute care facility, pursuing Level III ACS designation with the goal of achieving Level II. It covers most acute care surgery with an annual ED volume of 19,000 and approximately 400 trauma admits annually. Trauma surgeons have 24-hour call from home.
Trauma Surgeon Criteria
- Board Certified in General Surgery with Surgical Critical Care Fellowship
- Experience with ACS guidelines and strong leadership skills
