Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing various administrative tasks that support daily functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Responsibilities

• Manage and organize office files and documents effectively.
• Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy in record keeping.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.
• Prepare and assemble reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in an office environment or administrative support role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
