Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a robust portfolio of leads and opportunities, prioritizing efforts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences and align sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing insights and updates to management on sales achievements.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within payroll services or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals, with strong expertise in sales processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications and highly organized in managing sales activities.
