What You'll Do:
- Welcome and greet all visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage all incoming corporate calls, directing them to the right contact or department.
- Provide support to customers via email and ticket systems, assisting with inquiries, order tracking, returns, repairs, and product details.
- Maintain up-to-date corporate contact lists and handle incoming mail.
- Assist with office supply orders and support multiple departments on special projects.
- Ensure accurate product knowledge to respond confidently to customer questions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Reliability, punctuality, and resourcefulness.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers; Excel and SAP experience is a plus.
- Competitive pay at $22-$24/hr.
