The Role
We want a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives on the road, loves building new relationships, and has the grit to break into new accounts. You'll own the New York City and Pennsylvania market, connecting with fleet operators, distributors, and other key decision-makers to expand our presence and drive revenue.
Most of your time will be in the field - meeting prospects, following up with customers, and creating opportunities. You'll have the tools, support, and high-quality product line to back you up, but the results will come from your hustle.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth in NYC and Pennsylvania through prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with fleets, distributors, and industry partners.
- Become an expert in our product line, providing technical insight and business value to customers.
- Map your territory, create a targeted sales plan, and execute to hit ambitious growth goals.
- Use Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress.
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales success - ideally in transportation, heavy equipment, mechanical parts, or a related industry.
- A "road warrior" mindset - you're energized by being in front of customers, not behind a desk.
- Competitive drive and persistence to win in a fast-moving market.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and passport for required travel.
- Compensation: $75K-$85K base + commission (OTE $130K+ in year one).
