OVERVIEW
Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Quality and Process Improvement Engineer, where you'll lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise with leadership opportunities, allowing you to drive continuous improvement across the organization while working with cutting-edge R&D equipment and enclosure systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect and verify R&D equipment and enclosures meet quality and performance specifications
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and metrics
• Lead implementation of quality systems including Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and ISO
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
• Manage and track quality data from manufacturing operations
• Oversee project timelines and milestones for quality initiatives
• Develop and conduct quality-related training programs
• Serve as liaison between departments, customers, and vendors
• Lead Green Belt projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain quality processes and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of technical manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
• Proven expertise in quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project, and statistical software (Minitab)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
