Requirements:
#REQUIREMENTS:
*Airframe and Powerplant certifications required.
*Minimum 3 years prior experience in a supervisory role required.
*Business / Corporate jet background is required.
#DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the repair station inclusive of work scope, staffing, compliance, and profitability.
*The position requires a dedicated and energetic individual with a high level of motivation and understanding of the regulations pertaining to MRO operations such as 145 Repair station, AS9110, FAA, OSHA, and EPA.
*Experience in the actual performance of aircraft maintenance is vital.
*Interfacing with technicians, department managers, customers and the FAA in a responsive and professional manner is essential.
