TekPro Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead and drive talent acquisition efforts across engineering and technical disciplines. This role is instrumental in identifying and securing top talent for critical roles in estimating, project management, field operations, CAD/BIM, and engineering support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles within operations, field services, and corporate teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, set priorities, and deliver top-quality candidates.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and industry-specific tools.
  • Manage applicant tracking, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes through to successful onboarding.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts through social media, outreach events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring compliance with hiring standards and practices.


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or skilled trades environments.
  • Proven ability to fill complex technical roles while juggling multiple open requisitions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and people-first approach to recruitment.
