Robert Half is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Print & Digital Graphic Designer to support a client during a maternity leave. This position focuses on producing high-quality print and digital assets, including catalogs, product packaging, Amazon A+ content, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires onsite availability in St. Louis, MO, with 2 remote days per month, and offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and innovative team.

Job Title: Print and Digital Graphic Designer (CPGs)

Location: Onsite, St. Louis, MO 63310

Compensation: $35-40/hr

Contract Type: Contract ( 6 months, covering mat leave)

Hours: 25-40 hours (October- January are peak months and will likely 40 hours)

Start Date: August 11th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design print collateral such as product labels, carboard boxes, tins, box products, marketing materials, and press-ready catalog layouts while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Create digital marketing assets, including website banners, emails, digital ads, and social media content, to support eCommerce and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the creation of Amazon A+ content to enhance product visibility.
  • Engage in co-branded campaign development and promotional graphic design efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams in brainstorming sessions, proofing layouts, and ensuring alignment with broader branding goals.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring version control and accessibility for team members.
  • Assist with occasional marketing and consumer research.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of design experience, particularly in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or agency settings.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and agile development processes.
  • Strong photo-editing, retouching, and proofing skills (color and copy).
  • Outstanding design sensibility, particularly in typography, layout hierarchy, and digital best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Amazon A+ content creation and knowledge of email platforms like Klaviyo (preferred).
