We're Hiring: Master Production Scheduler

Are you a strategic planner with a passion for production efficiency and cross-functional collaboration? Join our team as a Master Production Scheduler and help us deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable manufacturing solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with teams across Production, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Customer Service to ensure schedule adherence.
- Conduct long-term capacity planning and identify bottlenecks to improve throughput.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems and generate performance reports for leadership.
- Influence plant operations and inventory strategies as part of the plant staff team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Statistics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations or MRP (technical or process role).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with scheduling tools and forecasting systems; APICS certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
