Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at the Tru by Hilton in Frisco, TX. As the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain hotel standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue. You will also handle vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management skills
- Ability to implement and oversee marketing strategies
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the hotel industry
- Experience with PEP is a plus
