What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to drive progress
- Enforce OSHA 30 safety standards and maintain a clean, secure job site
- Lead site meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and engineers
- Monitor workforce, materials, and costs to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and local regulations
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
- Mentor and develop field staff
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years’ experience managing ground-up commercial projects
✔ Proven background in sectors like K-12, healthcare, or public-use facilities
✔ OSHA 30 certified
