Our client is a nationally recognized boutique law firm headquartered in Los Angeles, known for its deep expertise in real estate, corporate, entertainment, and litigation matters. Their Real Estate Group is highly regarded for handling complex, high-value transactions across capital markets, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and finance.
As their practice continues to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative Real Estate Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and industry-leading clients on sophisticated real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of real estate transactional documents, including:
- Capital markets agreements such as joint venture operating agreements, preferred equity agreements, syndication agreements, and related entity documents
- Purchase and sale agreements (PSAs)
- Loan and financing documentation
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and paralegals to ensure timely and efficient progression of transactions
- Manage multiple active matters, deadlines, and client needs with a high level of organization and accountability
- Take real estate transactions from inception to closing with minimal oversight
- Maintain direct client contact and help foster long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3–10 years of real estate transactional experience
- Significant experience with real estate capital markets, including institutional joint ventures, syndications, and fund formation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between ($200,000 – $250,000 annually). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
