Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Southern Oregon (Medford and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually (DOE)

Representing a well-established, $150M commercial General Contractor with deep roots in the Southern Oregon market. This company is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and strong team culture. With a robust pipeline of commercial work across the region, they’re looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their growing team.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, permanent role for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $50M. The ideal candidate will have strong boots-on-the-ground leadership skills and a proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site safety from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field staff
- Manage short-term schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule
- Conduct site walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination sessions
- Maintain detailed daily reports and field documentation through Procore or similar platform
- Enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance
- Resolve issues proactively and support smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Experience with ground-up and tenant improvement projects in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and coordinate multiple trades
