It manages multiple real estate funds and is currently raising its fifth fully discretionary fund, while also investing through a Growth and Income Partnership.

Position Summary
The Investment Analyst will collaborate closely with the investment team to evaluate new acquisitions and support the asset management of current investments. This role offers a strong foundation for individuals passionate about commercial real estate investment, providing exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and direct interaction with senior leadership. It's an exceptional opportunity to develop deep expertise in real estate investing and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the identification and underwriting of new investment opportunities
  • Develop internal presentations and communications for potential investments
  • Build and maintain cash flow models for both new and existing assets
  • Partner with asset managers to evaluate leases, financings, dispositions, and other strategic decisions
  • Create presentation materials for investor communications
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics for current investments
  • Assist in periodic valuations of portfolio assets
  • Support special projects and respond to internal ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Up to two years of relevant work experience or internships
  • Degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong academic and/or professional track record
  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to follow direction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling required; familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus
