Production Manager

Dizario Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our industry leading plastics manufacturing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area. In this role you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across all plant activities. This role is responsible for managing schedules, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and fostering a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met for quality, output, and cost.
• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with organizational goals and plant capacity.
• Motivate, train, and supervise both hourly and salaried team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Lead special projects to improve plant performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing or operations experience, with proven leadership in plastics manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
