Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite at Wauwatosa, WI 53226
Duration: 12 months Contract
Pay Rate: $24–$30/hour (W2-No Benefits)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Durable Goods Business Unit in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility for extension or future opportunities.
If you’re skilled in buying, inventory management, and SAP , and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day operations across our U.S. and Canadian supply chain network — from plant operations and imports to inventory tracking and SAP transactions. You’ll gain valuable experience in logistics, purchasing, and digital tools like Power BI while collaborating with departments across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support (60%)
- Execute daily SAP transactions (inventory, QC, master data, purchasing receipts, etc.)
- Track equipment and coordinate product reclaim
- Process vendor invoices
- Serve as NAFTA coordinator when needed
Sales & Operations Planning (30%)
- Reconcile and validate inventory in SAP
- Monitor and manage stock levels vs. targets
Digitalization & Reporting (10%)
- Extract, organize, and analyze data for reporting
- Support tool adaptation and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields preferred)
- 1–3 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
- ERP experience – SAP strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI dashboards a plus
- Strong data skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and organizational skills
